Easy Project was easily installed by the support and is a really useful program. The core features are working properly. The mobile app could have some more improvements, but it's useful for the things it does. German translations could be a little bit improved at some points, but it does not prevent the right use. All together for the price it's a really good program. If there are better programs out there I bet they cost a multiple.
We've been using it for couple years on several projects and now we are working towards migrating all of our projects to Easy Project. Although we've experienced a few minor problems along the way the support staff at Easy Project have been extremely responsive and dealt with problems very quickly. Likewise, we are always pleasantly surprised as new versions bring cool new features and general improvements to its usability. Need I say more? Check it out. You will not regret it.
We use Easy Project for a variety of projects (operational, financial, software development, and BI, for example). The system is flexible and easy to configure. The implementation and data migration phases went very well and we have had great support throughout the process. Using Easy Project has given management visibility into our projects that we did not have before (status of project, backlogs, where our resources are utilized, etc.). Although we requested some custom development early on, for the most part, Easy Project met our needs out of the box. The product is feature-rich and the price is low compared to products with similar features. We are satisfied with the performance of the product and would not hesitate to choose it again.
RTL Radio uses Easy Project to maintain a Help Desk, resources, attendance, and of course all its IT and software projects. We like the complexity - using an all-in-one solution is just wonderful.
I worked with Petr from Easy Software. He assisted us through the entire process of configuring our Project Management and Helpdesk setup. He also coordinated the migration of our Jira service desk and an on-premise instance of Redmine our development team was using. There were a few bumps in the implementation but overall Petr worked with me to ensure that the project came to a successful closure and that we had a successful go-live. He definitely put in the hours to make this happen.
Finally, we can work in an easy and structured way. This software really helped us to manage all our projects and finish them faster thanks to the SCRUM method, which is easy to use within this software.
We were looking for a online PM solution for our IT department, which could help us with planning, resource planning and managing our different help desk inboxes with all of the incoming change requests and issues. Easy Project has all of this functionality and much more. Easy Project has a modular set-up and you can add plugins to the basic set-up at a small extra cost. I've worked with and tried different PM tools in the past (teamwork, Jira, Attask) and Easy Project has all of the functionality of these other tools at a fraction of the cost. You can customize the solution to great length (I would recommend paying for the extra consultancy for setting the entire solution up to meet your requirements, though you can also do this yourself with some extra effort). Easy Project team is constantly developing and publishing new plugins with extra features and functionality. I highly recommend this solution to any IT department and IT consultancy for managing their operations and client work. It will result in internal transparency and more efficient operations and a better service for your clients.
We started with Easy Project 10 months ago before some of the updates. There were many bugs and problems so we were wondering if we will use it in the end. After some interventions with the customer service I have noticed that the upgrades are already solving the problems. In the end all of bugs were taken out and now it is very user friendly and responding to our needs.
We are working now almost for four years with Easy Project ticketing system and it supports our processes and needs for documentation well.

We use Easy Project to simplify our work in managing projects. We made a few tweaks ourselves to this Open source application, but we are overall very satisfied.
The good points are all the built-in plugins that are well integrated for project management. I liked the Agile Board plugin and the documents features the most. The sequence for tasks is also good to use. The Resource Management and Cost Estimation features are also very useful, as there is no need for separate Excel maintenance for the same purpose. One area for improvement is customer support, as sometimes follow-up is required that could be avoided with a timely response.
We use Easy Project’s Help Desk plugin to manage our customers. The plugin provides ticketing solutions, which are very handy for us because it automatically creates tasks with pre-set attributes from the received emails.
Easy Project met our needs out of the box. The product is feature-rich and the price is low compared to products with similar features. We are satisfied with the performance of the product and would not hesitate to choose it again.
