Limitations and alternatives

Despite our best efforts to ensure the accessibility of Easy Project web presentations and applications, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations, and potential solutions. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below.

Known limitations for Easy Project web presentations and applications:

  1. All body text nodes: 14px default text size because Our products are information heavy applications, to balance out the amount of information on the page we deliberately decided that optimal default text size should be 14px, which might be a little too low for users with impaired vision. Our products are fully responsive, so the interface respects gracefully the text size you have set in your browser or operating system. Should you have issues with legibility, use a browser zoom function or set a larger font size on browser level.
  2. WBS nodes, Scrum Board tickets, Rich Editor highlight and other elements with background color: Color coded elements do not adhere to sufficient contrast requirement because some functional components use background color to convey information of belonging to particular groups. We developed a High Contrast mode that you can find under the user menu in the top right of every page. If the contrast ratio is not sufficient for your level of vision, switch to High Contrast mode. Should you find any inconveniences in High Contrast mode, please reach out to us.

We take accessibility seriously and every year around June - August we release a major update that contains improvements in the status of accessibility in our products. There are gradual improvements in accessibility being released all year around, but the biggest chunk of them is usually released during the summer.
