Export problems for PDF with images included

Before:
When PDF was exported with pictures included, it caused some export problems.

Now:
Fixed. When PDF is exported, no pictures are included.

Reassign a task only to the author

Before:
A user with the role settings "Tasks can be reassigned only to author" was allowed to reassign the task, which he created, to a user who was not the author.

Now:
Fixed. A user with the role settings "Tasks can be reassigned only to author" is allowed to reassign the task to the author only.
