Please note the Rubygems version. Using a different one will cause issues especially with JS components. If you have a different one, please upgrade or contact support.

Help desk - fill in Email to field from author

New ability of Help desk to save valuable time of support staff. If this feature is enabled, field Email to is automatically filled by email of the ticket's Author.

How it works

It applies to task types where the field Email to is enabled. Admin >> Task types >> Edit >> Standard fields.

How to enable the feature

1. Go to Admin >> Plugins
2. Find feature Author email to
   
3. Edit
   
   
4. Activate
   
5. Update
   
   

Restructured administration of categories

Due to rising number of types of categories, it was necessary to give application admins at least a small break.

Admin >> Categories has been revitalized.

Needless to say, this is strictly a visual change. No data or settings are affected.

Removed vCard export of accounts

This feature was only available with CRM on the Accounts list. It became obsolete and replaced by CardDav ability. It was removed from 11plus.8.0 and further.

Hidden custom field migrator button

Button CF migrator in Administration has been hidden due to its limited one-time use. The functionality still remains under URL /easy_cf_migrator
